Acid Release Agent VS-01
Acid release agent VS-01 is special organic acid ester compounds.
It can replace acetic acid in nylon or wool dyeing bath. As the temperature of the dyeing bath increases, it can release organic acids slowly,
then the pH value gradually decreases, which can control the dyeing rate, achieve the effect of leveling,
and eliminate the risk of uneven dyeing caused by adding acetic acid in the middle of dyeing.

Property:
It can quickly heat up, shorten the dyeing time, and improve production efficiency. Suitable for a wide range of devices.
Cold water is soluble and easy to operate.
Low foaming.

It does not affect the fastness of the processed fabric.
Useage:
- Dosage: VS-01 0.5~1g/L
- Add VS-01 and run 5mins, add acid dyes and run 5mins, heat to 50℃ at speed of 1℃/min and hold for 10mins, then heat to 98℃ at speed of 1~1.5℃/min and hold for 20~40mins.
Storage & Packing:
Storage period: 6 months in cool and shady place at room temperature.
