Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP)
Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP)
important materials in disposable diapers, but it has conflicting
performance indicators in multiple aspects. For example, Water Retention Capacity(CRC) and Absorption Under Load are mutually restrictive. It is difficult to achieve outstanding performance in both indicators simultaneously, and usually one indicator will be enhanced at the expense of the other.
We have always been committed to the research and production of high-end polymers. We adopt the aqueous solution polymerization method, which involves polymerization first and then neutralization.
The advantages:
Balanced performance.
Good stability.
Excellent absorption capacity under pressure
Good liquid permeability.
Lower rewet over a long period of time etc.

Super Absorbent Polymer(SAP) 511
SAP 511 is used in disposable hygiene products such as baby diapers, adult diapers, and ice packs.
Product advantages:
Balanced performance, high water retention, good absorption speed, good absorption under pressure.
Usage Method:
1. Used as the top and bottom layer absorbent material in composite absorbent cores, especially suitable for the top layer of products. Commonly paired with composite core combinations such as 511/610S, 511/511, and 511/760H;
2. Blended with fluff pulp for use in fluff pulp-based products;
3. The product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry warehouse, strictly protected from rain, snow, and ground moisture.
